The way most people handle multiple internet connections is not with
ISA, but rather with a "real" router (NOT DSL routers like Cisco 678)
So, if you have a T1 and a DSL connection, you could get a Cisco 2610
and map the T1 into that, then get a card and also map the DSL into the
same router (or, multiple T1's)

Then, your ISA server always has the same IP address on the External NIC
and the same gateway - the router then handles the routing.

Ok I understand it does not supprt load balancing but what about 
multiple ISP connections then ISA automatically or randomly chose 1 
connection on every each client request.
