NLB is not "multicasting", but "using multicast MAC addressing".
Have a peek
here<http://blogs.technet.com/isablog/archive/2009/02/04/how-to-enable-multicast-routing-with-isa-server.aspx>;
 it's as close as you'll ever get.

Subject: [isalist] Multicast on ISA2006

Okay, so I've upgraded to ISA2006 SP1, and I want to figure out how to enable
multicasting (I was told this was impossible with ISA2004). The articles I've
read talk about multicasting with NLB, but I'm not doing NLB. Is there a way
to do multicasting on ISA2006 SP1 without NLB?
