Migrating users from MS Proxy Server 2 > ISA Server

Hi,
This is no doubt a very simple question to answer, but I am new to
ISA......
I am aware that ISA supports a full migration path for MS Proxy Server 2
users and Proxy Server Rules, but I am having difficulty finding out how
to do it. The install is onto different hardware, to eventually take the
place of the original server.
