Messengers are not connecting

We "Certified Network Consultants" are a group of network Consultants in
Kerala(India).
We installed ISA server in several network for Internet connection
sharing.Messengers like yahoo,msn etc.. are not connecting properly from the
client machines.Please help me to solve this problem.
