Thanks Kenny,
    Its a real number and I don't think it is measured in KB or MB.  Its
not a pressing issue but interesting that Health Monitor has this
already configured for it.

        I would think that if you are using 100MB to store cached files,
when you really need 10MB or 1GB to store cached files. That would be a
reason to monitor it.
        I don't know about the first question.
