MailSweeper for SMTP on the ISA box?

Anybody here running MailSweeper for SMTP on your ISA box? I'm having
difficulty getting MailSweeper inserted into the mail flow. I can get my
Exchange server to send/receive through the ISA server with no problem. If
I start the MailSweeper services and point ISA and Exchange at MailSweeper
it SHOULD send the mail through MailSweeper, but it doesn't.
Any thoughts?
