Mac web access via ISA server

I have a mix network with Macs running 9.2 and X OS. My Mac users are
complaining about not getting all the images when accessing web pages,
some of the images, and graphs on the pages do not download. Also when
pages with frames are accesses they usually get a Cannot Display message.
We use Internet Explorer both in Mac and PCs, I do not have any problems
accessing the web from my PCs. Any suggestions?
