Link Translator question

Hi All,

 

I want to establish a scenario that when im surfing to a publish web site (with 
ISA 2004) like http://www.contoso.com +ADw-http://www.contoso.com/+AD4-  the 
ISA 2004 server will translate it to http://www.contoso.com 
+ADw-http://www.contoso.com/test+AD4- /test

This can be done with link translation?
