Sir, I have done your advise but then when I created a SC denying the
user
to all sites except the allowed site, there is an error:
HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required - The ISA Server requires
authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is
denied. (12209)

I am using basic authentication. So, whenever I fill up the password it
did not accept the password. Initially, i have an allow rule that allows
all users to all destination sites. pls help...thank you in advance
