The great news Shawn is that your company has already tackled the big
hurdle. You are right, NT to W2K AD is like moving from night to day,
but an upgrade from W2K to Windows Server 2003 will be much, much
easier!

Yeah, it's in the works. Not sure how far down the road it is, but if
the
2000 AD rollout is any gauge it'll be a couple of years... I'm hoping
that's not the case since migrating from NT4 domains to AD was like
moving
from night to day.
