Join WindowsNT Domain??

I am setting up an ISA server on Win2K, but our PDC is still WinNT4. I
tried joining the domain, but noticed that none of my rules worked for
SecureNAT clients. When I removed the ISA server from the domain,
everything worked again. We will be upgrading to Active Directory this
year.
Should I join the current WinNT domain? Will I lose any functionality if
I don't?
