Nope, the Ingram people seem to think there is nothing wrong. She's
changing vendors because of it.

What a pain!! this site is killing me. Were you able to rsolve the
issue?
I dont have that many entries and now that I have the entire range in
the direct access rule all traffic is being caught but only about 10% of
the time do the links work...
