Activesync 4.0 Windows Mobile 5.0 Windows Xp SP2 on PC ISA 2000 Firewall client Dell X51 PDA connected via USB The fw client will not allow the PDA and PC to sync. Activesync just says syncing and never advances. I did not get any error messages but I did find a work around. I installed ISA 2004 fwc. Works like a charm. Or you can disable the fw client. I am sure there is a way to tweak the fwc to allow this behavior but it was much easier just to install the new fwc. Just thought I would put this out here in case someone else runs into the same problem. ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist ISA Server Newsletter: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/newsletter.asp ISA Server FAQ: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Visit TechGenix.com for more information about our other sites: http://www.techgenix.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: tshinder@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
