Hi Tom,
The subnet mask is 24 on external, internal and dhcp lease assigned to
vpn client so I don't see any conflict between external and internal ip
set.

Hi Ara,
The error that .254 was removed from the default External Network seems
like an odd one to me, since it implies that it was placed somewhere
else! There are no pre-defined addresses included in the default
External Network, since the definition of the default External Network
is all IP addresses that haven't been assigned to any other ISA Firewall
Network.

You might want to check the subnet masks on your DHCP scope and internal
and external inf settings.
