I'm not going to take that bet... I've tried talking to them before
similar systems.

Paraphrased transcript:
Them: You need to open port 2200 to use the program.
Me: Is that TCP, UDP, inbound, outbound, Send Receive, Receive Send?
Them: It is both TCP and UDP, inbound and outbound, sending and
receiving.
-----
So, I install the software, watch the ISA logs, it doesn't even use port
2200 at all, it uses port TCP 7090 instead! I create a rule for TCP
port 7090, outbound.
-----
Me: I tested the software, and it is working. I didn't open port 2200,
as it doesn't use that port; I had to use port 7090 instead.
Them (to other people): Now that they opened port 2200, they have their
system up and running, you can use it now.

Developers and they're horked up tools.

I'll bet a million dollars that the dev for that POS cr*pware doesn't
even know what a socket it.
