Install service pack 1 for ISA OR install ISA Fix 55 I believe. THis is
a known issue.

Subject: ISA services hang when add IPs
        Hi,
When I try to add IP for my external interface network adapter,
the ISA server's Proxy and Firewall services hang until I remove the IP.
Currently I have multiple IPs, 4 of them on the external which
is working fine. Any additional IPs will cause the ISA not work (service
hang). Any idea? Or is there a limitation to the IPs I can add into the
Network Adapter in W2K?
I wonder as to why I can add them initially and not now. I have
tried to reconstruct the LAT but still no use.
        Please help.
        Wallace
