NO ... for my full DOMAIN its not working and the problem is only YAHOO
links are not opening.. Yahoo main page is opening.
I checked wat ever I could as SBS is something new for me. :)

server you have the problem with only yahoo or others site also if u
having this problem with all sites then u have to create IP PACKET FILTER
and in protocols select any protocols then u havent any problem
