Hi Bob, If you want to access host running PCAnywhere outside your network, from your snat clients: You have to create 4 protocol defnitions acording to the ports that your host running PCAnywhere outside are using. In this case. (name them as you wish) TCP - Outbound - 5640 TCP - Outbound - 5641 UDP - (Send - Receive) - 5640 UDP - (Send - Receive) - 5641 And have a protocol rule that allows your users to use that protocols. And your internal clients, should access your outside host TRANSPARENTLY, as they where on the same network. Hope it helps. This server accesses the internet through ADSL modem 512k 24/7 connection with a static IP address. PROBLEM Client machines on the network can use all normal internet services (http, ftp etc.) but not pcAnyWhere going out to remote host. Also the network pc's behind the firewall cannot ping external addresses yet the server itself does. I can not get pcAnyWhere to go out through the firewall to connect to any any other host. pcAnyWhere say they do not support the product through ISA. Has any one experience - tips on this? I am wondering if I have a possible DNS problem. I have DNS on the server with the ADSL configured to lookup the ISP's DNS servers as well as the internal DNS server. DNS forwarding is also set up to refer to the ISP DNS.
