ISA and WebSense

I have an ISA Array working as a Web Proxy and WebSense Enterprice as
Application Filter of the Proxy to control the permissions to navigate, I
apply all the neccesary privilegies in WebSense but I can't connect to MSN
Messenger.
The only difference that I found, was that, in the Protocol Definitions of
the Enterprice Policy, the port 1863 for MSN Messenger was defined by the
ISA Server and was not by the Application Filter.
How can I re-configure this setting to put it defined by the Application
Filter?
