YES! One of ISA's major functionality points is it's ability to work as a VPN server as well. To me, it seems this is advantageous because you can then have only 1 device as your firwall and your VPN server, increasing manageability and minimizing areas of risk. When you right click on Network Configuration in your ISA Management Console and enable your choice of VPN, it will walk you through all the necessary steps and automatically enable RRAS on the server. You HAVE to enable RRAS to make VPN work in the W2K environment, so again, YES, it is realistic to get both of those working on the same physical server.
