ISA Server and NLB

I tried to set up NLB on two-members ISA array internal interfaces, in an
arrangement of three-homed ISA hosts.
After that, I started to add publishing and filtering rules as I usually
did in other stages. But it seems as if NLB was introducing some kind of
restriction cause I found out and strange behaviour of the array related
to its handling of this rules.
Please, does anyboy know any features or tips related to the use of NLB on
such configuration?
