ISA Server Port Configuration

Hi everyone,
I am having trouble with SMTP port configurations in ISA server 2000. I
have configurued the SMTP rule correctly however I have a permanant
connection to my ISP and if ever I need to re-dial back into the ISP I
always have to delete the existing SMTP rule and re-create it. Can anyone
help me.
