You can configure the ISA Server as a local administrator.

        I installed ISA Server with integrated setup, now I want to
configure internet access throught firewall, can I configure ISA server
firewall if I am not a member of Enterprise admin group, but I have the
administrator wrights on the computer and we havev also Active
directory. 
         
        how is it posible please reply me back ASAP
