ISA Rule(s) help

I am using SBS 2003 w/ISA2004. How can I create rules that not only allow
me to RDP to the SBS server (2 nics) as well as be able to RDP to another
machine (WinXP Pro) on the internal network?
Keep in mind I am using a basic router with NAT configured in front of the
ISA WAN side.
I do have multiple static IP's dedicated for each of the the machines in
question.
