I followed the instructions but it didn't work,
I followed the following link:

and it redirected the http to https, I needed to edit the custom error
properties in iis with the script provided by the link above.

You didn't follow directions.
In order for the page to work, you have to:
1 - name it 12211r.htm
2 - restart the web proxy service.

I used the script ISA_Redirect, when I am logged in to the ISA server it
self and write http://owa.domain.com it redirects me to the correct
protocol automatically and takes me to https://owa.domain.com but when
am on the internet (connecting from home for example) it doesn't
redirect me, it says please use https instead of http.
Is there anything I should set too?

In the ISA redirect script written by dear Jim Harrison, when he says:
3. Change "http://errorserver/changeyourbrowser.htm"; to the URL where
you want your errant users redirected
How can I change this? I use FrontPage to edit the page and view source
but I can't see the script :-(
