I don't think that you can control this.  I have not seen a pattern to it,
nor have I seen anything that allows you to set it.  I'm pretty sure it is a
browser/user dependant thing.

Hello,
I am checking my isa box reports.
Sometime, a few users are wrote by lower letter but other users
are capital. these like this:

DOMAIN\USERNAME
DOMAIN\username

I hope all users wrote by capital letter. what do i configure??
