ISA Load Balancing

Scenario
two ISP connected in a 256kbps Leased line. (ISP-A and ISP-B)
two ISA server (ISA-A and ISA-B)
ISA-A is Connected to ISP-A
ISP-B is Connected to ISP-B
is there a way to load balance this ISA? is there a way to setup this using one
virtual IP for the client access and at the same time ISA servers is using both
ISP's, just incase connection to ISP-A is overload request is automacally
forwarded to ISP-B
is it possible?
