ISA Firewall Client with MS Proxy server 2.0

Hello,
I have laptop with ISA Firewall Client installed. I move between 2
locations, 1 is using ISA Server so no problems. The other location is
still running MS Proxy server 2.0 but I am having problems to receive
e-mail through the MS Proxy server with the ISA Firewall client.
So the question is,
can ISA Firewall client work with MS-Proxy 2.0?
Funny thing is when there is one MS-Proxy client connected with the MS
Proxy server 2.0 I am able to connect to the pop3 mailserver to receive
e-mail?
