ISA 2000 ActiveSync Firewall Client

I have an Windows device that needs to connect to a PC using Active Sync. It
won't connect with the Firewall Client enabled. If the Firewall Client is
disabled, then it works fine. What do I need to modify in the firewall client
settings to allow the device to connect? This is an ISA 2000 firewall client.
