Unless you have access to all the routing devices between you and the attacker 
(unlikely), you have no recourse but to complain
loudly to your ISP.

Did you read about the IP spoofing option. Could it be someone really trying
to attack ISA using the IP spoofing attack where he would fake himself as
127.0.0.1.

So my opinion is that someone is traying to do an attack but ISA is stopping
him, if this is the case, we would like to know if there is a method to stop
or know who.
