[isalist] ICMP network unreachable

SBS 2003 SP1, ISA 2004 SP1. Created a new website in IIS, and
published it via ISA.
Often when connecting from the Internet I see:
Technical Information (for support personnel)
Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. Internet Control Message
Protocol (ICMP) network is unreachable. For more information about
this event, see ISA Server Help. (10051)
When I hit F5/refresh, the site loads. Inconsistent overall.
Do I need to post the logs or does someone have a quick fix/idea?
