Are you trying this from an IP address that is assigned to you by Wanadoo.
It sounds to me like the Wanadoo smtp server considers you an external
client, thus it will only let you send to Wanadoo.

I can't send an E.Mail to somebody who is not a Wanadoo.fr user (our
provider). If I send an E.Mail to toto@xxxxxxxxxx, it's OK but if I send
an E.Mail to toto@xxxxxxx it's not OK, I get this message :
Impossible to send this message ... Protocole : SMTP, server response :
'550 RCPT TO:<toto@xxxxxxx> Relaying not allowed', Port : 25,
Secured (SSL) : No, Server Error : 550, Error number : 0x800CCC79
(I have translated the message, it was in French, Sorry for my English)
