Unless you block all ports (i.e. deny all traffic) you can not stop
kazaa.... It dynamically grabs any open port.  For more information, search
the mailing list archive.

For the rest, you can use a filter to do so... (I believe, I have never
worked with that myself, we don't set/enforce any type of filtering on our
customers systems since they set their own policies and choose to implement
whatever they do.)
