How to publish all inside network?

We have a isa server 2004. The isa server has two ineterfaces, inside and
outside. In the outside, one subnet need to access the remote desktop
services in the inside. We have a lot of terminal server in the inside so
publishing is not an issue. It is possible to allow connections from
outside to inside for a specific port for all inside network?
