Although this might not be too much of a help, you'll maybe find more
information at Real's support site:

http://service.real.com/firewall/

Support for allowing/disallowing Real protocols is built into ISA
server, but you'll have to use the firewall client for that, if I'm not
mistaken.

What they want is to limit some users in the ability of using the
application through ISA. Auditing 3000+ workstations everyday doesn't
sound too feasible. I was hoping on port settings to lock besides the
predefined PNM protocol.

System wide audit to make sure its not installed on computers.
Unfortunately, I think the newer versions of Real Player are pretty
smart, and can adjust their settings automatically to negotiate threw
firewalls. Good luck.

Does anyone have a defined method of locking users from Real One or Real
Player?

Many thanks,
