Web proxy clients can't use telnet.
ISA's Web proxy only allows HTTP, HTTPS, FTP and Gopher.

I have an ISA standard server setup in intergrated mode and what things do
I need to setup to allow clients (Web proxy) to get a telnet session via
ISA server ?. I can telnet from the ISA server to the external client ok.
