Tom, 

Sorry, I meant to say that i created a protocol for that particular port and
give access on that protocol.  Is this the right thing to do ?
But now I just found I no longer can view that site even from the server
itself.

Through ISA, I am having problem accessing webpages with port number
Ie. www.xxx.com:12344/dir1/dir2 <http://www.xxx.com:12344/dir1/dir2>  
 
I created a Packet filter and been able to browse web page on specifi
ports okay on the server itself but not the clients. All my clients PC
has firewall software installed.
 
Please help.
