[isalist] HTTP Printing

Hi everyone. I just have a simple question that I can't seem to find an
answer to, and I am sure once someone responds to this, I will kick myself.
I have searched isaserver.org, googled and consulted with peers, and still
can't find out how to properly publish a web based printer using the HTTP
printing protocol through ISA 2006. I have found many articles on how to
publish TCP/IP based printers, but, HTTP has eluded me. Any help would be
appreciated.
