GFI WebMonitor (was "Question about Staples website")

I want to follow up on an earlier thread. Since John posted this answer
to my question last week, I've downloaded and installed WebMonitor. (It
took a while to get it working. The problems were solved by using the
build they released a couple of days ago.) My new question is, do I
continue to use the ISA HTTP filter as well as WebMonitor, or should I
turn off the HTTP filter?

Thanks,
Rob

How do I "exclude it from filtering in WebMonitor"?

Rob

Oh about 4-6 months ago it appears Staples changed their web site and I
had to exclude it from filtering in WebMonitor to allow users to get
there.

I highly doubt that they would listen to us.

Subject: [isalist] Question about Staples website

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hello all--

One of my people tried to place an order at www.staples.com today and
couldn't get into their site. I took a look at the logs and the error
I'm getting is this: "Blocked by the HTTP security filter: the response
content is encoded and cannot be scanned".

Is anyone else running into this at the Staples site? Did they do
something bad to their website? Is there a way to lobby them to undo it?
Is there a way to modify the HTTP filter so it'll allow access to the
Staples site? (At the moment I've got the HTTP filter disabled, but only
until she completes her order.) Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Rob
