I just knew you'd chime in there Jim ! Good to hear from you again :).. I kinda felt it was bogus, first by the fact I'm not a Microsoft partner, and it was not sent from MS at all. It does look fairly real, I hope it does not get to many of the less observant people out there. I scanned the attachment and it DIDN'T show as a virus. My definition files are up to date. Perhaps I should forward it to MS ?
