It's for free - it comes with ISA...
:-p

Take a read in the many articles on ISA clients at www.isaserver.org
(especially mine).
Basically, it's for non-HTTP/FTP protocols and complex protocols (more
than one L3 protocol per session).

Hi,

Sorry for the stupid question. I must have missed something when reading
documentation.

What exactly is the ISA 2004 Firewall Cleint for? If it is not
installed am I still able to block connections based upon the user
logged into a PC in the domain (assuming ISA server is part of the
domain, too)?

Cheers,
Adrian
