Anyone have any idea why Windows 98 clients behind an ISA 2000 server are able to download from FTP sites while Windows XP clients behind the same firewall are unable to. Interestingly enough, you can take the same XP client and connect to any FTP site when it is outside (no longer behind) the firewall. There are no rules set on the ISA box(to the best of my knowledge) that would disallow any user to download from an FTP site.
