RE: FTP Server access broken since ISA SP2 Install

Had the same problem, everything else was picked up ok and still worked,
I solved the problem by finding every instance of "configure FTP" which
is read only by default. Changed it to full access until it worked, then
removed "full access until I found the instance that stopped it working"
This may not be a very elegant way of problem solving but it worked for
me.

 This is the first line....Lyris....sheesh

Hmmm

It was working before the SP2 install.

I can access it OK from internal, can't access it from the web at all.
The IP addresses are being resolved ok from the web.
The ISA server is resolving the correct internal address.

I can't access it however, from the ISA server no matter what allow
rules I put in place.

I have tried this with 2 different internal FTP servers. Same result.

All the log shows is a failed connection attempt to the FTP Server.

Coincidence???

I cannot get external access to my public FTP Server to work since the
SP 2 upgrade.

Thanks
