have you checked the smtp queues in the Exchange System Manager? I have a
very similar problem but so far, only to one domain. I noticed in mine,
that anything sent to fedex.com shows the queue in the SA but it has (Remote
Delivery) next to the queue and the mail is never received.

When doing an NSLOOKUP from my exchange server, I get the following results

Non-authoritative answer:
fedex.com MX preference = 100, mail exchanger = mapper.mail.fedex.co
fedex.com MX preference = 200, mail exchanger = smtp.zmd.fedex.com
fedex.com MX preference = 300, mail exchanger = smtp.dmz.fedex.com

However, when trying to telnet to either the 100 or 200 preference machines
on port 25, I am immediately greeted by:
Connection to host lost. I can successfully connect via telnet to the 300
preference, though and can send mail without a hitch.

Anyone got any suggestions? I've been working on this issue for 2 weeks
now, and it wouldn't be that big a deal, but fedex is the largest company in
our city, and they are a big customer. E-mail to them is absolutely
essential.

Thanks,
