Error 12207 while trying to automatic connect to DSL-Provider

Hello list,
when I try to connect to the internet with IE over ISA I get always an error
message that the Dialout Entry isn't correct (12207) from the ISA-Server.
But when I start the DialOut manually everything is working fine.
I checked my DialOut entry many times.
Any Ideas ?
