Hi Jim, The exact address is https://www.elit.eds.com:8020. This is supposed to connect me to a non-standard port secure website for downloading job documents. In the browser window all I get is "the page cannot be displayed". Not the usual can't get to the website page just the text above and nothing else on the page. In the ISA logs, all I have is the attempt to connect in the Web log and nothing logged elsewhere that I could see. 192.168.16.2 HCS\Administrator Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.2; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) 2004-05-20 18:58:08 HARBOR - www.elit.eds.com - 8020 - - - SSL-tunnel - www.elit.eds.com:8020 Inet 12204 192.168.16.2 anonymous Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.2; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) 2004-05-20 18:58:09 HARBOR - www.elit.eds.com - 8020 - 221 2772 SSL-tunnel CONNECT - - 407 192.168.16.2 anonymous Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.2; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) 2004-05-20 18:58:09 HARBOR - www.elit.eds.com - 8020 - 317 490 SSL-tunnel CONNECT - - 407 192.168.16.2 HCS\Administrator Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.2; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) 2004-05-20 18:58:09 HARBOR - www.elit.eds.com - 8020 - - - SSL-tunnel - www.elit.eds.com:8020 Inet 12204 Any ideas are appreciated. I'm getting the run around from their tech support. So far I've reached level 3 with no actually help. Thus far I've been told to make 8020 available for TCP. When that didn't work I was told to make 8090 available. Later I was told that 8090 is their Intranet site. Now I'm back to adding 8020. Still no luck.
