My experience is: I do try to re-start Firewall service that day, but it doesn't work. So I reboot the machine. It works. I didn't find any official description which said it need reboot or not. So I am still not sure. If it do need to reboot, it will be very inconvenient for a production server. I think I did everything right, but it doesn't work until I reboot the ISA server. Now I am trying to publish Exchange 2000. I doesn't work, but I cannot find anything wrong. So I just wonder if I should reboot it again? Do I need to reboot ISA server each time when I change configuration? Thanks.
