If you've registered you domain then go to hn.org and setup a "virtual
domain map" then you can have them host the external DNS records. Only
problem is you will need to change the delegation from your isp to the
ns1.hn.org and ns2.hn.org name servers. But it works a treat.

Good Day.
I have unlimited dial internet access and i am planning to publish my own
domain (www.mydomain.com). I also registered my domain name and they gave me
the ip address and name server. My ISP did not gave me static ip address.
The big question now to me is can i publish my web site even i used dialup
internet acces?
