DMZ QUESTION

I know that I'm a little slow on this subject, but will someone help me
setting up my DMZ.
Isa server:
(North) Nic1: 12.107.107.66 (255.255.255.240) gw(12.107.107.65)
(South) Nic2: 111.111.111.127 (255.255.255.0)
(DMZ) Nic3: 12.107.107.75 (255.255.255.240) gw(12.107.107.65)
(Client) Nic: 12.107.107.76 (255.255.255.240)
Also, how do I set up the packet filtering?
Is this the right scenario? If not, please provide suggestions.
