This is the message that appears in the event log on my SMTP RELAY machine
in the DMZ
Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event ID: 10009
Description:
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer ISACOMPUTER using any of
the configured protocols.
It was working great the other day when I fiannly got mail working then TU.
This was one of the links I've found on the issue but, all machines are not
in AD that belong to dmz etc.

The msg screener can't "see into" HTML-formatted mails.
This could be part of your .zip problem.

while these dcom errors are happening it seems that *.zip files and such can
slide right on
through.
